On-Boarding is a program that E.L. Shore & Associates Ltd. has developed with its strategic clients to ensure that new hires are effectively integrated into the client's culture.
This has been accomplished by developing a trusting relationship with candidates hired, and maintaining an active dialogue with them and their hiring manager to ensure that effective communications are taking place. Any challenges and/or miscommunications are identified and immediately rectified.
New hires and their hiring Managers are contacted on a quarterly basis in their first year, semi-annually the second year, and annually thereafter.
The On-Boarding Program has assisted in the successful integration and retention of employees with a successful track record in the mid to high 90 percentile, with at least one-third of the candidates hired being promoted within their first three years of employment. |
