Shore & Associates.  Roz's ability to understand the client's and candidate's needs ultimately leads to a successful search.  During her 14 years in senior management roles with Canadian icons: Roots, Club Monaco and Dylex she is no stranger to building dynamic teams, which has been critical in every role she has held.

As a former client herself she has an intimate understanding of the importance of recruiting talent for the right role to create a high performance team.  Her experience in operations, human resources and marketing contributes to her reputation on having an excellent eye for talent.

Since transitioning into the executive search industry in 1998, Roz's energy, perseverance and effective candidate profiling continues to lead to successful matches. Her intuition, analytic interviewing style and penchant for detail, narrows the candidate pool to the most qualified short list for the client to meet.

Roz graduated from McGill University with a degree in Psychology and is a trained Professional Coach and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Her volunteer work includes being the Chair and Host of several breakfast fund-raisers for Kids' Help Phone, and hands-on work with cancer patients through the "Look Good, Feel Better" Makeover Programs at Princess Margaret Hospital.
